Advantages

Key features

High-performance abrasive formulation optimized for rail cutting

A blend of brown and white fused alumina combines toughness with self-sharpening for hard steels such as rails under high-impact cutting conditions. Continuous self-sharpening maintains sharp edges for fast, low-heat cutting and helps prevent rail surface burning.

2. Resin bond with double-layer high-strength fiberglass reinforcement for safety and durability

A high-performance resin bond and double-layer high-strength fiberglass mesh, with two-and-a-half layers on some models, provide excellent tensile and impact strength for demanding rail cutting. The construction resists breakage and edge chipping, and the product complies with EN12413 safety requirements.

3. A comprehensive range compatible with mainstream rail cutters

Common sizes include 356×4.0×25.4 mm and 400×4.0×32 mm. The wheels fit mainstream equipment from domestic and international manufacturers, including the RAILTECH HC355 rail saw, Thermit rail cutters, STANLEY engine-powered rail saws and PARTNER railway cutters.
