Advantages

Key features

1. Quality alumina abrasives and a resin bond system

High-purity alumina abrasives provide high hardness and toughness, continuously exposing fresh cutting edges during metal grinding for stable performance. A resin bond with embedded high-strength fiberglass mesh combines good self-sharpening and heat dissipation to help prevent workpiece burning, while excellent tensile and impact strength improve safety.

High peripheral speed, sharp cutting and durable edges

A maximum peripheral speed of 80 m/s uses the high rotational speed of pneumatic tools for efficient material removal and shorter working times. The balanced abrasive and bond formulation produces even wear without shedding chunks or edge chipping, extending disc life.

Applications

Automotive manufacturing: wheel hub grinding, mold dressing and component deburring

Shipbuilding: weld cleaning, rust removal and weld-spot finishing

Aerospace: surface preparation of precision components and grinding composites

Metalworking: grinding and polishing flat and curved surfaces of stainless steel, carbon steel and non-ferrous metals

Usage Recommendations

Use a mini pneumatic angle grinder with a compatible rotational speed. Do not exceed the 80 m/s peripheral speed limit.

Maintain a working angle of 15°-30° for optimal grinding efficiency and surface quality.

Apply even, moderate pressure. Excessive pressure can cause premature disc wear, workpiece overheating and discoloration.

Wear protective goggles, a dust mask and protective gloves during operation.
